One-hour denture repair in Saint-Polycarpe
A cracked denture, a tooth that came loose or a broken partial clasp never happens at a good time — and you should not have to wait days for an outside laboratory to send the piece back. At the M. Ménard denturist clinic, 50, rue Sainte-Catherine in Saint-Polycarpe, repairs are done in our in-house laboratory. For common breaks we aim to have you back the same visit, in about one hour. The consultation is free and no referral from a dentist is required.
One-hour repairs in our in-house laboratory
Because the lab is on site, your denture never leaves the clinic.
- Complete dentures that are cracked or broken in two
- Partial dentures: clasps, teeth, acrylic base
- Implant-supported dentures: worn or broken retention parts
If the denture keeps breaking or no longer holds, the gum has usually resorbed and a reline is the better fix — we will tell you straight.
What to bring — and what to avoid
- Bring every piece, including the small chips.
- Never use super glue: it contaminates the acrylic and can make a proper repair impossible.
- Bring your spare denture if you have one.
- Walk-ins are welcome; a quick call to 450 265-3332 lets us reserve a spot in the lab for you.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. – noon, closed Saturday and Sunday.
Repair or replace?
A clean fracture on a denture that still fits well can be repaired. A denture that moves, causes sores or splits in the same spot needs a reline instead — or a replacement when the teeth are badly worn. Josiane Ménard, Mylène Ménard and Isabelle Phénix look at the denture and explain the longer-lasting option before any work starts.
From across the Ottawa–Vaudreuil corridor
Patients come from Ottawa, Hawkesbury and Cornwall as well as Vaudreuil-Dorion, Saint-Lazare, Rigaud and Saint-Zotique — and from right here in Saint-Polycarpe. Because the repair is done on site, a same-day round trip is usually possible.
